Q FACTOR

The Red Velvet cakes in our kitchen are 50% natural food color from beets and only 50% synthetic food color.

Our Cakes are baked from scratch with the finest ingredients a home kitchen  would use.
We take pride in that all our ingredients  are locally sourced - Pure Diary & the finest Cocoa. We do not use any additives like mouth-feel & texture enhancers, margarine, bakers  whipping cream, premixes etc.

All the cakes come in pretty boxes lovely as a gift.

HOW TO EAT A CUPCAKE

Cupcakes are best enjoyed when eaten the right way...:)

If you are just wanting to bite into them without wasting any time..:)......the quicker way would be to remove the liner and turn the top half of the cupcake upside down over the bottom half and eat the cupcake like a sandwich.

Or if you are in the mood for a fancy presentation, do as above and push the sandwiched cupcake into a dessert glass. To get even more fancier, top the glass with our caramel or chocolate sauce or whipped cream, nuts etc. The possibilities are enormous

STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Once opened store at room temperature and use within 2 days or refrigerate for consuming within a week or freeze in the cupcake paper box for use beyond a week up to a month. If freezing, remove an hour from the freezer just before serving and let the cakes thaw by placing it on the counter at room temperature. The cupcakes will be remarkably as fresh as the day it was frozen as the ingredients are whole, natural diary. Do remember whether keeping at room temp, refrigerating or freezing that the cakes are always closed in its paper box as will otherwise dry out.
